The mission of the Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. (CHCB) is to provide quality, culturally sensitive, preventive and primary health care to the underserved of our community through state of the art clinical and business practices in a clinical teaching environment that promotes wellness and address health disparities.

The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. is committed to providing our patients with high quality, comprehensive care, regardless of their ability to pay.
We are a Federally Qualified Health center (FQHC), which means that we offer our patients payment plans so you can come in without worrying about how you’ll pay.
If you don’t have your co-pay when you walk into our health care facility, you can set up a payment plan and spread out the cost of your co-pay over a period of time.
This Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
